I have to warn you that I am not exactly what we call a card maker but I enjoyed making these two cards using that seriously CUTE Mr. snowman by Susan K.Weckesser & Unity!!!

My cards are very simple considering my busy, messy style! 

**For the 1st one, I used a sizzix snowflake die which I have painted gold using a dabber and I added some pearls too. Behind that, I have placed some mesh just to give some texture and depth. To paint the snowman, I used distressed ink (aged mahogany) with the tip of a brush and gold dabber the same way. The buttons are covered with black stickles and I placed some stardust stickles all over too, but I don't think you can see the sparkle in the photo...
**For the 2nd card, I have painted the snowman the same way and have also created a small cluster with Christmas flowers.

"Domestic Goddess" for Berry71bleu & 7Dots!

"Going crazy"

Hello everyone! "Going crazy" is our challenge this month at Berry71bleu and that's what I did! I usually create using a sketch but not this time...I took my mists, stencils and gloss medium and started playing around! I loved the outcome!!!! The "Domestic Goddess" collection by 7 dots (which kindly sponsored our DT) urges you to create something extraordinary!!! Manor house flowers and ScrapFX chipboard were a great asset to the funky page and you can buy them at  Zeus & Zoe Etsy store!!!

I have misted the flowers to match the colors of my layout!!! That bold felt doily and the washi tape are from Purple Pumpkin!!!

I really loved this collection by 7 Dots as it has so many beautiful die cuts, vintage stickers and papers with bold colors!!!

Orange doily and dotted button are from Purple Pumpkin!!!

To create that dripping effect with your mists, just spray many times in a certain spot, then hold your paper upright and while it is dripping blow some air on it (I hope I make sense...hahaha)

These two cool funky star buttons are Purple Pumpkin!

"Christmas Love Campaign" - Susan K. Weckesser

Hello my friends!

But, we can ease each other burdens just by reaching out and doing one little kind thing. It always amazes me that when someone seems to be having a horrible day, like that cashier at the grocery store, if you just take a second and smile at that person, and tell them to have a nice day…. well, most of the time, they won’t seem so grumpy anymore!

"Koufeta" - Purple Pumpkin November challenge

Hello everyone!

Today I am sharing with you the layout I made for Purple Pumpkin using the sketch for November's challenge!

It is a rather simple page considering my "busy" style but I do like it a lot!!

My two little girls after a baptism, eating what we call "koufeta" which are small candies and they love them!!!

This cluster is full of Purple Pumpkin goodies!

The white & pink doily, white tickets, the Jumbo Winnie button, the pink flower and grey twine! I have also used two washi tapes, the yellow stars and zig zag light green!

I have used the 7 Dots collection "Hopefully" which is simply fantastic!!!

Papers, die cuts, letter stickers: 7 Dots
Embellishments: Purple Pumpkin
Mist & liquid pearls: Ranger

"Smiles from heaven" ScrapGreece

Hello my dear friends!

My post today is for the Greek challenge blog "Scrapbooking in Greece". The challenge this month is to make a layout based on the sketch below, about something that made you smile! Well, when children are laughing, they always bring a smile to my face!!!
