"Discover, live, dream"

Hello my friends!!xx

This is one of my favorite layouts!! It is about me and my adventurous spirit!!

I like travelling, exploring, trying new things and dare!!! I have many dreams yet to accomplish but that keeps me going!!

For this layout I have used LOTS of beautiful Scrapmatts pieces!!!

CB4050 Assorted Words 03, CB5021 Nested Shapes 07, CB1136 Assorted Words 02, ATC10-022 Film Strip 06, CB5035 Hot Air Balloons 01

As you see, the film strip frame and the star are left raw!! The air balloon and the word "Dream" were painted white, then I applied some glimmer glam (tattered angels) randomly and went around the edges with black ink.

These gorgeous flowers, doilies, buttons and washi tape are all Purple Pumpkin!!!!!!

Every year we travel to my husband's village by car at least 4 times!! It is a 4 hour trip and it has become a routine for us and thankfully for the kids too!!

"Road trip"

This layout was a challenge for our DT. We could not use any embellies and only 2 pieces of patterned paper. Well, instead of paper I have used a little bit of washi tape from Purple Pumpkin...I hope you like it!! I had so much fun making it!!

I have used CB4051 Assorted Words 04, CB1072 Gears 01, CB5021 Nested Shapes 07

The star & small gear were painted with red acrylic paint, the edges with black ink and I went over it with some stickles to make it shine. The negative piece of the gears was painted black and randomly painted red. The title pieces were sprayed with dylusions turquoise and yellow which gave them a gorgeous green color!!!

The background was made using stamps, mists and a studio Calico "sun" stencil!

Beautiful Green Tara & Purple Pumpkin goodies!!!!!!!!!

This mask is by Susan K. Weckesser and the colors are distress inks!! 

Splatters by dylusions, prima mask "photo Camera" painted with distress inks, Green Tara flower and PP flair button.

This new gold trim by GT is to die for!!!

Faux stitching with a Sass Lass stamp and some thread!!

This layout is based on the challenge over at "Scrap around the world" a place full of inspiration which you should definitely visit and play along!! My friend Helen Tilbury is a great hostess with great taste and clever ideas!!!

"Angel Eros" - Scrapfriends

Hello my friends!!!

I have neglected my blog a little bit but only due to damned gastro...

My youngest had gastro, then my hubby and now my eldest...lol... I am the only one still standing!!! :P

This is the layout I made for my Nephew whose name is actually Angelos-Erotokritos so I named it...

It is my DT work for Scrapfriends and this is the amazing sketch by Angela Star:

To make it I have used strips of paper by Glitz designs, a bit of mist drops and some stamping!!

The lovely embellies are Purple Pumpkin!! Vinyl cog, black spotty button, baby button, flair button.

"Conspiracy" - Purple Pumpkin

SOME EXCITING CHANGES at PURPLE PUMPKIN!!!!

We have decided to make a few changes in our sketch challenge rules!!! From now on (June), THE BEST ENTRY WINS and there will be one random winner too!!!The Merit Winner gets to Guest Design in a future month - once they have received their Purple Pumpkin product of course! !! NO NEED TO USE PP to be the winner!!!!However, if you DO happen to have some Purple Pumpkin products on hand we'd love to see how you use them so spread the word, we can't wait to see what you do with our sketch this month!!xx"

"Conspiracy"

For this layout I have used LOTS of washi tape, 4 flair buttons, one spotty button, twine, tickets, resin flowers, doily, paper doily, felt heart!!

You have until the end of the month to complete this Sketch Challenge and link it up in our sidebar by midnight 30th of June 2013. There will be two fabulous Purple Pumpkin prizes!

$25 & 15$ to spend in the Purple Pumpkin shop - one winner will be chosen by the design team, and the second will be a random prize draw. Winner gets to Guest Design in a future month - once they have received their Purple Pumpkin product of course!
