Good morning everyone!

In this post I will show you the layout I did to apply for the DT position at Pencillines.

Well...obviously they did not pick me but it was a great opportunity to scrap one of my favorite photos of Nefeli!

"Summer Love" **The scrappiest** #112

Hello everyone!

This layout is my take on sketch #112 at "The Scrappiest"! It is a perfect sketch to scrap many photos and this time I think I have kept it simple (according to my taste..lol).

I was waiting for an opportunity to scrap about the bond between my daughter Nefeli and Lena's son Nicholas! Last summer, since they first met, enywhere we went, they would hold their hands!!! It was SOOOO sweet!!!

I really hope that their friendship will last and get strong as they grow and of course....you never know.....LOL

"Snow" **The Scrappiest**

Good morning my dear friends and followers!

Here is another amazing sketch by Liz! Below you will see my take on it but make sure to visit "The Scrappiest" to see the gorgeous layouts the other DT members have come up with!!!! If you play along you might win AWESOME dies from Cheery Lynn Designs

 

For the snowflake I  have used a sizzix die with chipboard which I painted with white dabber and heat embossed with clear glittery powder! After that, I used the negative from the chipboard piece and sprayed with glimmer mists!

 

I hand cut the houses and I put 3D pop dots to give them depth. 

  

On the houses and the trees I have put stardust stickles and glossy accents to give nice shine and texture! The snow is liquid pearls!

 

 That's all for now!

Door hanger

This is a door hanger I made for a friend of mine who gave birth recently to a little fairy girl!!!! I wish her health, happiness and luck!!!

Good morning...

Καλή Σαρακοστή!

Last night was a long night for me because I was stuck in the high way for 11 hours instead of 4 due to the snow...but hey...this is Greece....

Anyway...The good news is that I am posting my first layout as a designer for "The Scrappiest" based on that wonderful sketcth below! I have kind of put my own spin on it, but that's what popped out in my mind as soon as I saw it! I really hope you like it and give it a try yourself! I had fun making it and I am looking forward to start making the next one!

My 1st DT position!!!!!!!!!

Good morning blog friends!

I am really excited!!! Things in my scrappy embellished world are only getting better and better! I got an email on Sunday from Liz Chidester, telling me that I have been selected to be a part of the Design team for her sketch blog "The Scrappiest"...I was looking and looking at it for a while and couldn't believe my eyes!!!

So I am proud and honored to announce that I am designing from now on for "The Scrappiest"!!!

In that blog you will find the most fantastic sketches to inspire you every Monday and of course a chance to win amazing goodies!!! It already has 740 followers (wow) and they keep increasing! Κορίτσια θέλω να σας πω ένα μεγάλο ευχαριστώ γιατί χωρίς τα ενθαρυντικά και γλυκά σας σχόλια, δεν θα είχα την αυτοπεποίθηση να ασχοληθώ και να συνεχίσω τις συνθέσεις! Ένα ιδιαίτερο ευχαριστώ στη Νάντια που με βοήθησε με ενα κάρο απορίες που είχα και με εμψύχωσε παρόλο που πνίγεται!

Ένας άλλος λόγος που χαίρομαι και θα ήθελα να με στηρίξετε, είναι γιατί σιγά σιγά η Ελλαδίτσα μας αρχίζει να γίνεται γνωστή στο κόσμο του scrapbooking. Με εκνεύριζε κάθε φορά που μου λέγανε "Είσαι Ελληνίδα? υπάρχει εκεί scrapbooking?". Ναι, υπάρχει, είμαστε εδώ και είμαστε ενεργοί και προοδεύουμε με σταθερά βήματα! Κάνω βόλτες στα blog σας και βλέπω φοβερή εξέλιξη! Μπράβο μας!
