"New beginning"**BITW**

Hello everyone!

HAPPY EASTER!!! I hope you are having a wonderful time with your families! 

Today I would like to share with you a layout I did for "Bird is the word" using the word begin/beginning! This is an important layout because it captures the first steady steps of my second daughter Ioli! The journaling says:

" These photos capture the sweet memory

of your first steady steps...

A new beginning to an unknown world 

that awaits for you to conquer"

The chipboard house and fence, are from "sfragidomania" and the papers are Echo park (a walk in the park) from "Enjoy Scrapping"

I was inspired by that photo and used butterflies, flowers,birds and the tree and I am joining  the challenge at "Scrap the girls"   too!

"Wonder" **The Scrappiest**

Hello my friends!

It is Monday today and that means another great sketch reveal by talented Liz Chidester at "The Scrappiest"!

The rest of the DT members have done an OUTSTANDING job on this!!!! Jaw dropping gorgeous! Head  on over there and get inspired!

And this is my take on it!

I had a lot of fun creating that layout! I used acrylic paints which I applied on my background paper using a credit card, stamps, mists and stickles! I also used some of the wonderful gifts that Nadia sent me when I won in Get Creative! Thanks Nadia!

Those lovely cream flowers are Prima and you can find them here!

It is my first ever attempt to sew on a layout and it was SO easy with the fantastic tool "Sew easy" which you can find in "Enjoy Scrapping"! You can also find there the stamps I used!


 I am also entering a challenge at Crop Stop where they want a vintage look! I guess, almost all of my layouts could enter since I love the distressed-vintage look!!!

IKEA mirror and a guest book.

Hello everyone!

Just a quick post to show you what I made for the entrance in my house!!!

The orange background is a small wall in the livingroom, next to the main door! My house is mainly brown,light yellow (maybe close to vanilla) and orange. This is an IKEA mirror which is really easy to alter!!!

And a guest book for a girl's baptism where the colors of the decoration will be brown and cream...little strange ha??? This album was made by "sfragidomania"

The brown chipboard is not so dark

 but this is not a good photo...sorry...

"Pure Magic" **The Scrappiest**

Good morning my friends!

Today is Tuesday!!! However I would like to talk about Monday. I hate Monday...another busy week at work begins....Well...the only reason I am happy about Monday is "The Scrappiest" revel!!! LOL...But due to time difference, my personal blog revel is on Tuesday...ok...enough with that mumbling.... I am really excited because the scketch this week is FANTASTIC!!! Take a look!

And my layout in which I tried to use acrylic paints, do embossing and resisting techniques. I had a lot of fun!

This photo of me is not so flattering because it is taken right after my cesarean...but I really don't mind...it was one of the greatest moments of my life!!! My first photo with my second daughter "Ioli"....pure magic.... 

Sorry for the lousy photos but it was cloudy...
