Αγαπημένες μου φίλες....θα ήθελα να σας ενημερώσω οτι θα χαθώ για λίγες μέρες. Ο λόγος είναι οτι μου έπεσαν κάποια projects όλα μαζί, κυρίως ευχολόγια, και επίσης να σας πώ οτι ετοιμάζω ενα καινούριο blog, το οποίο θα αφορά καθαρά τα ευχολόγια και θα απευθύνεται στο Ελληνικό κοινό. Το όνομά του θα είναι "My wishbooks", που σημαίνει οτι πρέπει να βρώ ένα νέο όνομα για το παρόν μπλογκοσπιτάκι μου που θα είναι στα αγγλικά και θα αφορά συνθέσεις,challenges κτλ....Θα εκτιμούσα να μου πείτε και μερικές ιδέες για όνομα! Όταν θα είναι έτοιμο το νέο blog, θα κάνω ενα ΩΡΑΙΟ blog candy! Προς το παρόν πολλά φιλιά και καλές δημιουργίες!!!!

"Listen"

Hello again! How are you today?

I finally completed another layout...My little ones have been sick so I didn't have much free time...However, I always manage to make some time for my scrapping, otherwise I'll go crazy...know what I mean??? LOL...

So...This layout was made for the challenge blog "Bird is the word" using the word "Listen". The owner, sweet Wendy, has sent me my prize for my layout "Believe" and I take this opportunity to say THANK you for the lovely gift! It was a package with limited edition stickles which were HUGE and will last forever!!! Twice the size than normal stickles and also the K&Co cut n' paste 200pcs die cuts which are awesome!!!

I was browsing my photos and when I saw this one of Nefeli, it was like she is listening to something and I thought it was perfect for this! I love that photo and I decided to make it BIG to try myself since I've been using quite smaller so far.

This handmade flower is my take on the tutorial of Kaori Fujimoto who is the guest designer for the Greek challenge blog Scrapbooking in Greece

I couldn't believe my eyes how gorgeous that flower came out and it was so easy too!!! I burnt the edges of the tulle with a lighter to give it a round shape and added fruit punch stickles around! I also hand cut the leaves out of the prima packaging used behind my photo!

 

 This photo was taken to show you that I have lifted the paper with foam adhesive to give it some depth. This is an idea I took from Gabrielle Pollacco who I admire very much! I want the credit to be where it was taken from.

 

 

Of course I put star dust stickles all over the flowers!

Scrapbookers in Greece challenge #13 winner!!!

Hello again...

I am writing this post to share my happiness with you for winning the challenge #13 at Scrapbookers in Greece!!! You can see the layout that won by clicking here. I am very excited and I really can't believe my luck.... Since I started creating layouts and taking part in challenges, I have had 4 wins and one layout featured in  a  very short time period and I am often thinking..."what have I been doing for two years"...lol...I was just making the wish books (guest books) and never had free time to do anything for myself and have fun...I thought I was obsessed with scrapbooking but now I know what obsessed really means!!! I love layouts and I am sorry it took me so long to realize it....Better late than never right???

So girls...GET CREATIVE and have fun!!!! 

"chocolate lover" - Greek crop day and...

Hello friends!!!

First of all I would like to inform my followers that, from now on, I'll be posting in English since I have so many foreign visitors from around the world. In Greece almost EVERYONE speaks English so I thought it would not be a problem. Ok, maybe when posting about the guest books (wish books) I make, then it will be in Greek.

So....Another Greek crop, organised by Irini Liolia for Get Creative, has come to an end! It was GREAT!!!!!! We had SO much fun! I just wish everyone could join us! I saw my scrap friends and I met new ones and I am so happy that scrapbooking in Greece is growing and developing!!!! The layouts I saw over there were amazing! A big thank you to everyone that offered a gift!!!

There was a pre crop challenge, where we had to compose a layout using only one color and I chose brown-crème-gold for mine. We voted for our favorite one and I am really happy and proud to announce that I WON!!! I was really emotional because everyone was applauding and my cheeks got red…lol….THANK YOU GIRLS!!! It really means a lot to me! You encourage me to try and do my best and believe me, I feel that scrapbooking is therapy for the soul and makes me a better person…

So….enough said….here is my take on the challenge….

"Your smile, my life" #18 MCS stamp challenge

Γειά σας φίλες μου!

Αυτό είναι το νέο αγαπημένο μου layout! Το λατρεύω λόγω της φωτογραφίας που είναι απο τις πιο αγαπημένες μου της Νεφέλης! 

Η πρόκληση στο MCS για αυτό, ήταν να χρησιμοποιήσουμε σφραγίδες! Επειδή τα χρώματα της βάσης μου ήταν πολύ αχνά, αποφάσισα να εμπλουτίσω το background κι έτσι σφράγισα επάνω δεξιά και κάτω αριστερά. Σε δυο απο τις σφραγίδες έβαλα και 2 χρώματα μαζί για να το φωτίσω! Επίσης σφράγισα τη μια γωνίτσα της φωτο και το ρολόι, που μετά έκοψα περιμετρικά και το χρησιμοποίησα ως διακοσμητικό!

Τα περισσότερα απο τα προϊόντα ήταν μέσα στο βραβείο που κέρδισα απο τον διαγωνισμό του MCS και είναι Prima.
